Solar Farm Opportunity in San Jose CA

The DNI at this spot is 5.9, the altitude is 2500 ft (above the fog and smog).  The Google Earth photo I attached has a simulated solar array of 3 MW.  The assumed acreage is 16 acres.  This land parcel has been upgraded per PG&E standards to accommodate vehicle to the site.  PG&E has two power lines crossing the property, a 12KV distribution line and a 230KV transmission line.  The 12 KV line will receive the 3MW of power.  The property is zoned agriculture.  We have completed most of the permitting for this project through Santa Clara county and have started the interconnection process.  Contact me for any additional information.
